Bank Appraisal

Important things to remember Below:

1.  The buyers Lender will have to send out an appraiser to get a final value for the bank (In Most Scenarios)
2. The report goes back to the buyer
3. This should only take 30-45 minutes
4. We just need this completed... Then we can start preparing for closing!
